Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals

The purpose stated in the regulation is to regulate the administrative and technical procedures and principles regarding the registration, evaluation, authorization, and restriction of chemicals to ensure a high level of protection of human health and the environment, to encourage alternative methods for the evaluation of the harms of substances, and to increase competition and innovation. It covers the companies that manufacture the substances, place them on the market or use the substance on its own, in a mixture or an article, and place the mixtures on the market. Manufacturers, importers, and downstream users are obliged to ensure that substances are produced, placed on the market, or used without adversely affecting human health or the environment.

Within the scope of KKDIK (Regulation on Registration, Evaluation, Permit and Restriction of Chemicals), which entered into force by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change by being published in the Official Gazette numbered 30105 and dated 23 June 2017; Companies that produce or import 1 ton/year of chemical substances (produced in their form, in mixtures or goods, imported, whether dangerous or not) must register the 'Substance Information Change Form' on the online Chemical Registration System of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change.


In this context; For your chemicals to be pre-registered, it is necessary to fill in the attached table and send it to us. This regulation covers those who import and produce chemicals.


In the process following the pre-registration of chemicals (01.01.2021-31.12.2023), all the processes listed below that will be carried out within the scope of the regulation, will be provided additionally by our Chemical Evaluation Experts in line with your request.
