Temporary activity certificates are issued to businesses whose information and documents in Annex-3A and Annex-3B of the Regulation are found appropriate by the Regulation on Permits and Licenses Required by the Environmental Law. Subsequently, enterprises are required to apply for the information and documents in Annex-3C of the Regulation and environmental permit or environmental permit and license document.
An important part of the documents in Annex-3C for environmental license issues is the Technical Conformity Report. While the report formats are included in the relevant Regulations for some of the said reports, it is stated that these formats will be determined by the studies to be carried out by the Ministry within the scope of the relevant Regulation, for a significant part of them.
