Exemption Report

In accordance with the TMGDK DIRECTIVE published by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure and entered into force on September 15, 2017, businesses with TMFB may be exempt from receiving TMGD service. As ULUS TMGD, we examine your facility and prepare a report stating your exemption status and provide your application to the relevant units.

Companies dealing with dangerous goods are exempted from the dangerous goods safety consultancy (TMGD) service provided that the necessary conditions are met. As ULUS TMGD, we make your determination about the consultancy service without exposing you to unnecessary cost and time loss.
