Out-of-Scope Facility Consulting in Environmental Permit

Activities that are within the scope of Environmental Permit License Regulation but not included in Annex-1 and Annex-2 list are considered out of the scope of Environmental Permit.

Companies that are considered out of scope in the Environmental Permit and License regulation are evaluated as having low environmental pollutant quality. These companies are exempt from emission permits. For example, textile, ironing, package sewing companies, that are below the limit values in the Annex-1 and Annex-2 list of the environmental permit license regulation are considered out of the scope of the environmental permit.

Companies that are out of the scope of the environmental permit are counted as exempt from emission measurement. Although there is no official article on this subject, it is considered as such.

If a facility appears to be out of the scope of the environmental permit within the scope of the regulation, it must document this. For this reason, it is necessary to apply with official documents and get an environmental permit out of scope letter from the provincial environment directorate. They are required to present the letter they have received at any inspection.
