EIA Out of Scope/Exemption

We prepare the EIA Out of Scope Application File for all projects that are not included in the Annex-1 and Annex-2 lists of the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulation or that have capacities lower than the capacities specified in the Annex-2 list.
